“Bravest of the brave, most generous of the generous, never had a country more faithful friends than you.”
— Sir Ralph Turner MC

For over 200 years the Gurkhas have fought with distinction as part of the British Army, their bravery is outmatched only by their loyalty.  The Gurkha Welfare Trust provides a range of services for Gurkha ex-servicemen and their dependents such as providing financial support, residential care, clean water and medical services. The services of the Gurkha Welfare Trust have become more vital than ever since the devastating earthquake which rocked Nepal in 2015, claiming the lives of over 8,500 people.
